About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and personable Business Support Executive to join our successful and fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Working closely with both Sales and Business Support colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. You’ll be liaising with clients, vendors, and funders, helping to deliver a professional and seamless experience throughout the process.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach who wants to be part of a team with a winning mentality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the sales and proposal process efficiently between clients, vendors, and funders
  • Conduct credit searches and prepare finance proposals promptly and accurately
  • Liaise with funders and the sales team throughout the process
  • Generate and issue finance documentation accurately and within required timescales
  • Raise invoices and ensure prompt payment throughout the sales process
  • Process and record sales accurately using CRM and proposal management systems
  • Capture and maintain accurate records of clients, vendors, and funders
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships through excellent communication
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Stay up to date with customer requirements and available finance options
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business
  • Contribute positively towards team and company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and internal policies

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience within the finance industry in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
