After over 12 years with the Group in Healthcare, transitioned into an Administrative role. Managing a varied workload, with responsibility for payroll and HR administration, as well as training coordination and workplace operations. Confidently working across multiple functions, maintaining accuracy, organisation, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Payroll and HR:

  • Responsible for all HR and Payroll Administration to support Central Office alongside HR Coordinator
  • Liaising regularly with Onboarding team to ensure New Starters had all Correct Paperwork in Place
  • Point of Contact for New Starters / Onboarding team to help Employees for the Onboarding Process
  • Arranging and Conducting Interviews across the Group – including Offering / Rejecting Candidates
  • Ensure all Compliance and Right to Work Checks and Paperwork are in Place
  • Started assisting with Payroll Administration – Ensuring all staff shifts were put on the Eroster System meeting Monthly Deadlines
  • Promoted to then be the Sole Person responsible for Payroll Administration for all Staff on Site
  • Weekly and Monthly Administration of Payroll across CIVICA System
  • Obtaining and Verifying Data from Various Departments in order to Prepare and Process Payroll (Weekly and Monthly)
  • Point of Contact for any queries from Staff regarding Payments / Wages
  • Monitoring Overtime / Holiday / Sickness/ Training for the Site including Liaising with Unit Managers and HR
  • Addressing Loan Working for Staff Maintaining Excel Sheets to Record Information
  • Contact Staff in Relation to DBS Applications / Renewals – Maintaining Contact with Staff until the process was completed

Staff Coordinator:

  • Realigned to Workforce Coordinator to help manage staffing Levels across 3 Wards
  • Liaising with Staff, Bank Staff, and Agencies across Recruitment need (including if teams had too many staff or too little staff against regulatory standards)
  • Strong Working Relationships with Ward Managers and Agencies to ensure Wards are fully staffed at all times
  • Dealing with any Purchase Orders from Agencies

Training:

  • Solely Responsible for all Training and Academy
  • Monitoring Regularly if Staff are up to date with Training Requirements and Academy Modules Completed
  • Booking Training Classes with Internal and External Trainers
  • Supported the Transition into Adultcare from Healthcare
