Off the back of increased demand and continued business growth, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us and help write the next chapter of that story.

What we’re looking for
– Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a track record of billing and building a desk
– Confidence to manage your own pipeline from business development through to placement
– Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates alike
– Resilience, drive, and a genuine appetite to grow with a business that’s scaling fast
– Experience in Finance & Accountancy or Financial Services recruitment is a strong plus, but we’ll consider strong consultants from any sector
