Your day-to-day:
Working closely with the Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth processing of finance agreements, ensuring everything runs efficiently from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Checking and validating documentation for finance agreements
- Liaising with suppliers and brokers to manage payments and remittances
- Handling incoming calls and emails, resolving any queries with professionalism
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Preparing proposals and contracts
- Identifying and resolving any issues to ensure a seamless process
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally in Payments or Payouts
- Knowledge of Asset Finance or Leasing would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build great working relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A collaborative, proactive team player
