Marketing and CRM Executive | Bury | Full-time & Permanent | Office Based | £30K-£35K

ALF are working with a growing business in the bury area who are looking for a Marketing & CRM Executive to join a busy commercial team, taking ownership of both the day-to-day marketing output and the CRM platform that sits at its heart.

You’ll plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns, manage the company’s social media presence, and keep the website fresh — while also acting as the go-to administrator for HubSpot, keeping data clean, workflows optimised and reporting meaningful.It’s a varied role with real scope: one day you might be producing a vehicle spec sheet or a short video for Instagram, the next you’re building a lead nurture sequence or presenting campaign analytics to the management team.

A broad, hands-on marketing role for someone who’s equally comfortable building automated workflows as they are writing a compelling social caption.

Role:

You’ll cover two broad areas. On the CRM side: HubSpot administration, automated workflows and lead nurture, contact lifecycle management, campaign performance reporting, GDPR compliance, and email, SMS and push campaigns. On the marketing side: social media management, copywriting and proofreading, graphic and short-form video creation, website administration, sales support materials, and event and campaign coordination.

• Own and manage the HubSpot CRM platform, keeping data accurate, compliant and up to date
• Build and maintain automated workflows, lead nurture sequences and contact lifecycle stages
• Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications
• Manage the company’s social media channels, creating original content including graphics, short videos and written posts
• Administer and update the company website, ensuring all content is current and engaging
• Develop campaign content including copywriting, image selection and calls to action in line with brand guidelines
• Produce regular marketing reports covering campaign performance, web analytics and social media metrics
• Create and maintain sales support materials such as vehicle specification sheets Liaise with external suppliers including designers and media contacts, keeping them to brief and on budget

What we’re looking for

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategy and principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confident copywriting Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe or Photoshop
• Comfortable managing social media channels and creating engaging content Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web administration
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once A self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of the automotive or vehicle leasing sector is a bonus, but not essential
