A growing residential property developer and investor is looking to appoint a Finance Associate to support its expanding portfolio across the North West.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business in a high-growth phase, where you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the financial infrastructure that underpins multiple live and pipeline developments.

The Role
You’ll act as a central figure within the finance function, taking ownership of debt processes, financial tracking, and project appraisal governance. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full debt lifecycle across multiple SPVs – from application through to drawdown
- Monitoring financial covenants (ICR, LTV, reporting deadlines) and proactively flagging risks
- Acting as the main point of contact for lenders, managing relationships and reporting requirements
- Producing a weekly loan book report, giving clear visibility on funding, utilisation, and key milestones
- Overseeing banking and SPV administration, including account setup, mandates, and compliance
- Maintaining and validating project appraisals, ensuring data accuracy across the development lifecycle
- Establishing and maintaining robust finance systems, trackers, and documentation processes
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in finance, banking, or property finance
- Exposure to development finance, lending, or real estate (highly desirable)
- Strong experience with debt applications, facility documentation, or banking admin
- Advanced Excel skills – confident building trackers, models, and reports from scratch
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Strong communication skills, particularly when dealing with external stakeholders
