ALF Recruit are proud to be exclusively partnering with a great business in Oldham who have a strong influence within the Financial Services Sector. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a Payouts Administrator to join their team.
The role is Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:
Working with the Business Manager, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of Administrative tasks to help support Finance Agreements:
- Checking all documentation in place for Finance Agreements in order for them to complete
- Work closely with Suppliers & Brokers across Payments and Remittances
- Deal with any queries including Inbound Calls & Emails
- Working across in house systems to ensure a smooth process for agreements to completion
- Account Management – Updating Systems and Documentation for Payout Information
- Prepare Proposals and Contracts
- Identify & Resolve any issues/errors
What we are looking for:
- Must have strong experience within the Financial Services sector – ideally working in Payments / Payouts
- Experience in Asset Finance and Leasing would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong Communicator – ability to build strong working relationships
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Team Player
