Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Hours: 36.5 per week (Mon–Thurs 9–5, Fri 9–4)

The Role
You will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring clients receive a seamless and high-quality service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, reports and completion statements
- Completing title checks, searches and all due diligence
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
- Maintaining accurate file notes and compliance records
- Supporting business development through knowledge sharing, events and relationships
- Championing technology-led efficiency and continuous improvement
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent)
- Has strong experience handling residential matters independently
- Demonstrates excellent communication and client-service skills
- Is highly organised and confident managing deadlines
- Embraces modern systems and technology
- Is proactive, ethical and committed to delivering an outstanding experience
