ALF are proud to be working with a growing lending business across South Manchester, who have an exciting opportunity for a Case Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Administration and Customer Service skills who are looking to develop their career in the Property Sector. Playing a key role in ensuring a smooth journey from application to completion working closely with Underwriters / Brokers / Customers and Solicitors.
This role is fully office based Monday – Friday.

Role:
Working closely with the underwriting team, you will be responsible for completing a range of Administration duties to help support their active pipeline whilst maintaining strong Customer Relationships.
- Process New Applicants for Receipts to Submissions – ensuring Accuracy and Compliance
- Liaise with Brokers / Customers and various 3rd Parties to collect relevant documentation
- Carry out Credit and Fraud Prevention Checks
- Proactively manage around 50 live cases – ensuring timely update and smooth completions
- Draft Conditional offer letters
- Maintaining accurate CRM Records and Data Entry with agreed SLAS
What we are looking for:
- Strong Administration – minimum 1-2 years experience working with Admin
- Knowledge of the Property / Lending Industry would be beneficial – but must be passionate about the industry
- Strong communication skills required – Verbal and Written
- IT Literate – experienced in Microsoft Office Packages and can work away around Systems
