Asset Finance Administrator (Payouts / Settlements)

ALF Recruit are proud to be exclusively partnering with a growing Asset Finance Company in the Oldham Area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Payouts / Settlements or Finance experience from a Leasing or Motor Finance Background to join a successful and growing team.
This role is Monday – Friday and will be fully office based.

Role:
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant processing of Finance Agreements – working closely with Brokers / Dealers and Internal teams to ensure Payouts are complete accurately and on time.
- Process and Reconcile Finance Payouts and Settlements accurately within SLAs
- Verify and Check all Finance Documentation before funds are released
- Calculate Settlement Figures and ensure all data is a compliant and recorded correctly
- Liaise with Brokers / Dealers / Internal Teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end Payouts Process
- Maintained accurate Finance and Client Records
- Produce Daily and Monthly Reports for Management
- Support Wider Finance and Operations teams where needed
What we are looking for:
- Applicants will only be consider if you have Minimum 1-2 years experience in Asset Finance / Leasing or Car Finance
- Must have strong experience in Payouts / Settlements / Finance Operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Numerical Data
- Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships
- GCSE in Maths and English is ESSENTIAL.
