The client base is approaching 100 limited companies with turnover up to £15m, retention is excellent, and the firm is genuinely paperless and investing heavily in technology, not just talking about it.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲
As Accounts Manager, you’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio statutory accounts, corporation tax, management accounts, and outsourced finance department work. You’ll be the client’s main point of contact, not just a name on an engagement letter, and you’ll have a genuine voice in how the firm keeps pushing its use of technology forward.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴
- Managing a varied portfolio of limited company clients, turnover up to £15m
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Overseeing management accounts and outsourced finance department work
- Building long-term client relationships as their trusted point of contact
- Working within a paperless, cloud-based, tech-first environment
- Supporting and developing junior team members as the firm grows
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
- ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience
- Solid background in UK practice with portfolio management under your belt
- Comfortable in a modern, tech-driven way of working
- Someone who enjoys the client relationship as much as the numbers
Part-time applicants will also be considered, for candidates looking to work between 25 and 30 hours a week.
