Who we’re looking for.
You don’t need to come from a finance background — but you do need to be a confident communicator, a proactive seller, and someone who genuinely enjoys building rapport and understanding business needs.
Essential
- At least 12 months in a sales or business development role
- Motivated by personal growth and financial reward
- Resilient, coachable, and ambitious
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B sales
- Background in a consultative or service-led sales environment
